Typography
Verdana — Designed by type designer Matthew Carter specifically for screen use with the intention of creating a font that is readable and pleasing to the eye at small sizes.
Georgia — Matthew Carter also designed Georgia in 1994—95 for Microsoft.
Trebuchet MS — designed by Vincent Connare in 1996, is a humanist sans serif designed for easy screen readability.
Production tools
The graphics for this site were produced with Adobe Photoshop CS 1 and 2 on Mac OS 10.4 and Windows XP Professional. The home page animation was built with Macromedia Flash 8 Professional. The code was written using Dreamweaver MX 2004 on Windows XP Professional.
Server technology
The site runs on Sitecore version 4.3.2.8. It is served by Microsoft Internet Information Server 6.0 on Windows 2003.
Code
This site uses HTML 4.01 Transitional for page markup and CSS 2.1 for formatting. The forms are built with Microsoft ASP.NET 1.1.
